The most popular and highly paid vacancies in Mongolia are as follows:
- engineers of the highest qualification – salary from $2,500;
- sales managers and agents – 850$ salary;
- production assistants – from 2 to 6 thousand dollars;
- translators – $2,500;
- physicians – $1,500+ supplements
- teachers – $1,000 in the public and $1,500 in the private sector.
It is relatively easy to find a job as a teacher – many Russian citizens have found jobs in the education sector.
Of course, this list does not include all vacancies.
For example, if you have the necessary experience, an applicant can get a job as a bus driver, taxi driver or any similar position.
Most of the available vacancies are located in the capital city, Ulaanbaatar.

However, the terms of the contract imply business trips around the country, which means that the migrant can perform his or her working duties in another part of the country.
If the applicant managed to find an employer in Mongolia, his employment may be regulated by fundamentally different types of contract.
The first option is the usual domestic Labor Code, which provides for benefits, vacation and other types of social security, established by law.
The second option is an employment contract concluded in accordance with local laws. It may include a number of conditions, and the guaranteed benefits and privileges for an employee may differ significantly from the domestic Labor Code.

At the same time, the cost of necessities is much lower than Russian prices. This makes this area very popular among migrant workers.
